'In Good Company' came from noticing a few things photographing weddings and events over the years: First, that people often regret not having video footage of their special events (weddings, birthdays, bachelorette trips, etc). Second, that many people may not have the budget to hire a professional videographer for these events. Third, and the most important piece in my opinion, is that people show the most authentic version of themselves when their most loved family and friends are the ones behind the camera. With these three things in mind, In Good Hands was born. We are SO excited and grateful to be a small part of your best weekends.
Why choose a camcorder rental?
We know videography is an excellent option and has a time and a place but we also know it can become expensive very fast and is often only covering one day. By renting a camcorder, you are able to not only receive high quality gear ready to go, but also have your entire weekend or weekends on video and professionally edited for you. From bachelorette weekends to welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, getting ready, ceremony, receptions, and even day after brunches, nothing will be missed. We also noticed (photographing weddings over the years) that people often give the best most genuine reactions, and are most comfortable in front of a camera, when it is their own family and friends behind it rather than a stranger. This makes for a seriously fun and authentic video that a stranger just can't often produce.

You will receive two camcorders for your entire weekend. Send one with the groomsmen and one with the bridesmaids for capturing both sides of the story. Double the footage, double the fun!

The Process
1.Fill out the form
Fill out the inquiry form at the bottom of this page and we will reach out to confirm availability/rental package desired, answer any questions you may have, send a rental agreement with instructions, and confirm shipping information.
2.camcorder package sent
Before your event, the camcorder/s will be shipped out to you. All packages will come with full charged batteries to get you started, with a spare battery and a charger so the party never has to stop, a memory card to hold all the memories, and a card with instructions on how to use the camcorder. A return label is also included so you don't have to worry about a thing!
3. Party time
Your camcorder/s have arrived and now it's time to have the BEST weekend ever! Hand them off to friends and family and video all the behind the scenes prep, fun, laughs, funky dance moves, and love.
4.return and delivery
Once your weekend is over, you will ship back the camcorder/s and accessories using a prepaid label. We will then take all the footage taken over your weekend and create a fun and professional highlight video that captures the essence of your event and deliver it back to you within 3 weeks. We will also deliver all footage taken by your friends and family for you to have.
